NEW RELEASES
Irrational Lift - Oud Bruin, 6.5%
Even though it sounds fancy, it’s just a slightly sour Belgian brown ale. Super-mild sourness with popping notes of cherries, dates, and figs. A touch of caramel sweetness complements the slight tartness. Barrel-aged 12 months.
IPA
The Thrillest - Hazy IPA, 6.6%
Haze is the point. Super bright with pungent aromas of mango and pineapple overload the senses. A touch of citrus rind and a light dusting of sweet berries provides the thrills in this hazy boi. As always, the bitterness is mellow and subdued, just like Mike Tyson after a boxing match.
Newark State of Mind - IPA, 6.0%
Change is inexorable. After quite a few test batches over the past 6 months, we arrived at a new and more approachable ‘Newark’ with a dialed back the ABV but with the same remarkably clean malt character, lingering bitterness, and piercing medley of Pacific Northwest hops.
Table Juicy - Session IPA, 4.5%
Crisp, light, and hoppy - this table IPA strikes just the right notes with fluffy cereal combining with soft pine and citrus. Low ABV and bitterness to accentuate the juiciness.
Nihilistic IPA - Session IPA, 5.5%
Nihilistic IPA believes in nothing. Dry and bitter (but not angry), this sessionable IPA was dryhopped with a mix of Cascade, Simcoe, and Moutere hops. Imbibed with strong hop aromas, a burst of citrus, and earthy pine, and a mellow ABV.
GOLDEN ALES & LAGERS
Red Tape Machete - Munich Helles, 5.3%
We are on a German lager kick lately, and Red Tape Machete is the latest iteration of that trend. True to style with no craziness, this light lager is a delicate blend of sweet bread dough and floral hops; it’s built for remarkably smooth sipping during backyard hangs or indoor raves.
Endless Reinvention - Imperial Golden Ale, 12.7%
An Imperial Golden Ale brewed with both love and maple syrup. We fermented on Kveik yeast and a large addition of blackberries, which gives this golden ale a darker hue. 8 months of bourbon barrel-aging (in barrels that previously housed maple syrup) yields a delightful aroma of caramelized bourbon and bright berry skins. Strong-bodied with ample sweetness and unapologetic bourbon notes.
Refined Cheering - Pub Beer, 3.6%
Our take on the everyday pub ale. Easy drinking, light, and golden. The slight citrus hop character mingles pleasantly with the cracker-like maltiness and creamy mouthfeel. Pairs well with warm fall afternoons and copious leaf raking.
Arch Lite - Pale Lager, 4.6%
A crisp & lean lager for the sophisticated craft beer enthusiast. Defined by a dry and uncomplicated smoothness.
DARK(er) ALES & LAGERS
Path of the Sun - Imperial Stout, 10%
When the Revelation crew signed on for our 5 for 5 Collaboration Series, we were stoked because this was also the 5th iteration of Path of the Sun! Some say these collabs have only improved with time, and we don’t disagree with that observation. We brewed up a decadent imperial stout back in March and gave it plenty of resting time in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrels (seven months, give or take), and that was plenty of time to impart loads of vanilla and oakiness along with a lingering sweet bourbon note. No crazy adjuncts. Just a uniquely complex and rich barrel-aged stout. Don’t hesitate to cellar this one for up to 5 years.
Astral Transit Through Saturn’s Return - Barleywine, 11%
Epic is an understatement with this one. Our collab day back in February 2024 with Dogfish Head (at our place!) was a superb morning of shared brew stories and plenty of high fives. The beer was already delicious 3 weeks in, but then we doubled down on the complexity with an 8-month stint in Sam Adams Utopias barrels. The resulting strong-bodied barleywine was rife with deep caramel flavors along with just a bit of woodiness. A pinch of smoked star anise and ulfa black chilis yields a warming sensation against a backdrop of savory raisin and toffee. ‘Astral Transit’ is the last of our 5 for 5 Collaboration Series celebrating 5 years of Autumn Arch Beer Project!
The Red - Irish Red Ale, 5%
Classic take on a classic style. Pretzel-like malt aroma partners with soft caramel and notes of dry herbs. While often overlooked by the modern craft beer scene, Irish Red was found in most microbreweries in the early days of the craft beer revolution due to its low bitterness and unimpeachable smoothness. We think it is fitting to bring back this 1990s hype beer.
Chief Slayer - Irish Dry Stout, 4.5%
It’s not green, but it’s Irish and slays Chiefs, so obviously an appropriate beverage for Super Bowl LIX. Dry and roasty with notes of coffee mingling with dark chocolate.
Kilt Life - Scotch Ale, 7.5%
Rife with creamy caramel and sweet malt character, Kilt Life embraces the highland way - low IBUs, high ABVs. Subtle layers of peat and earthy smoke weave this strong ale together.
Embrace the kilt.
SOURs & WILD ALES
Watermelon Cherry - Tart Saison, 7.1%
A lovingly blended barrel aged sour. We took a young Foeder sour aged on a pairing of sweet cherry and watermelon for 4 months, and blended it with a barrel that had been conditioned for 14 months on mango and pomegranate. This one ended up as a beautiful bouquet of herbal, barnyard funk, watermelon rind, and tart berries. Thirst-quenching yet cheek-puckering. Notes of sour candied berries and fresh pressed watermelon juice.
