NEW RELEASE

Burning the Clocks - Pomegranate Lager, 4.5%
Heavily fruited with pomegranate, slightly tart, and a bit sweet.  Maintains a classic lager crispness along with spicy floral notes from the hibiscus, which gives this one a deep purple hue.  A $1 of every pint benefits the American Cancer Society.

IPA

Pale Clouded White - Hazy Double IPA, 8.0%
A hazy IPA for hazy days.  Wafts of fresh cannabis clippings, tropical musk of guava, and under ripe pineapple mingle with dank and resinous notes of fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Newark State of Mind - IPA, 6.0%
Change is inexorable. After quite a few test batches over the past 6 months, we arrived at a new and more approachable ‘Newark’ with a dialed back the ABV but with the same remarkably clean malt character, lingering bitterness, and piercing medley of Pacific Northwest hops.

Delaware State Tree - East Coast IPA, 7.0%
Remember what IPA’s on the east coast were like before Hazies? The East Coast IPA is a nearly extinct style (#sad) that pre-dates the New England/Hazy IPA craze, and they tend to have a stylistic nod to the old school British pale ales, which were amber-hued beers that tended to lean on the fruit forward flavors of hops and yeast. We lovingly hopped this to the gills with Galaxy, Nectaron, and HBC586. We get aromas of juicy peaches and pine resin which mingle well with a rounded bitterness of pithy grapefruit peel, pulpy stone fruit, and a floral finish of pine needles.

Peace Was Never an Option - Cold IPA, 6.8%
A new twist from the brewing team on the developing style of Cold IPA (it is relatively new in the craft beer world). An easy base of 2-Row, Flaked Rice, and Flaked Corn gave us a canvas to heavily dose with Chinook and Simcoe hops (plenty to knock you back). Fermented low and slow with a Dusseldorf ale yeast which contributed to a crisp beer, helped subdue some of the bitterness, and allowed the hop flavor and aromas to really pop. We get a deep resinous nose of pine sap, over-ripe pineapple, and the musk of guava. The crisp and light body play off of notes of pineapple juice, sappy pine, zesty lemon/grapefruit spritzers, and a beautiful bitterness that asserts itself throughout without overpowering the palette.

GOLDEN ALES & LAGERS

Simple Surrealism - Apricot Wheat Ale, 5.6%
The rare wheat ale from Autumn Arch.  This one is a juicy blend of ripe apricot with the light and effervescent body of a classic American Wheat Ale.  A pinch of bitterness from a small addition of Galaxy hops and finishes with a touch of soft, doughy breadiness.

Vibrant Thoughts - Belgian Tripel, 11.7%
The first of our 5 Collab Series!  We worked together with our friends over at First State Brewing Company to make this Tripel conditioned on peaches and aged in Bourbon Barrels (said barrels had a chardonnay in residence before arrival, so this one definitely has layers of complexity).  We get strong peach jam and a hint of clove in the aroma.  Peaches, pineapple, and a white wine minerality linger on the palette of this boozy Belgian.

Arch Lite - Pale Lager, 4.6%
A crisp & lean lager for the sophisticated craft beer enthusiast. Defined by a dry and uncomplicated smoothness.

DARK(er) ALES & LAGERS

Big Flannel Energy - Czech Dark Lager, 5.3%
Utilizing lager yeast and a medley of malts from the Czech Republic, Germany and the UK, we crafted a classic dark lager to keep you warm as the weather cools. Aromatic wafts of fresh roasted coffee beans play off of woody and softly herbal nuances. Roasty rich malt profile with hints of char mingling with notes of pumpernickel and rye bread, a crisp body of medium roasted coffee with a smooth finish that allows a mellow bitterness to shine.

Living All Over Me - Altbier, 5.0%
An ale originally brewed in Dusseldorf, Germany using the “alt” or“old” style of brewing.  Bright aromas of bread crust, and noble hop floral spice permeate throughout this copper-hued beer.  We brewed this one with a special blend of Pennsylvania and European malts, noble hops, and yeast from Dusseldorf (we went straight to the source).  This fall classic was lovingly lagered before we canned it.  We even put it in a few kegs.

Minus Pumpkin - Pumpkin Spice Brown Ale, 5.1%
With new teammates come new ideas and our newest assistant brewer brought his smoker to this chat. We took a small blend of the specialty malts in this classic brown ale and smoked them with hickory wood before mashing in. The four classic pumpkin spices were lovingly added during the boil resulting in the entire brewery smelling like fall in the middle of a humid August afternoon. As always, no actual pumpkins made their way into this beer.

SOURs & WILD ALES

Rad Machinations - Dark Sour, 6.5%
Every once in a while, a superb sour emerges from the barrel program.  This is one of them.  Aromas of sage and barnyard funk mingle over a deep ruby red body.  Medium tartness, maximum elegance.

High Viscosity! Pacific Cooler - Sour, 6.4%
A concoction of Prickly Pear, Pineapple, Orange, and Black Currant artfully blended together to recreate the juice pouch classic. This pink hued sour is like a soft and bountiful bouquet of pears and pineapple spritzer.  We get a medley of pineapple popsicles, morning OJ, and hints of pear which all come together in a nostalgic showcase of a 90s summer afternoon.

Color of Your Energy - Amber Sour, 6.5%
Aromas of barnyard funk, cherry pie, and leather. Tart up front with a nice bready sweetness on the back end. Bright flavors of tart cherries, sweet bread, and a funk reminiscent of bleu cheese.
