EVENT GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS
We have established this compendium of guidelines and requirements to help make your event at Autumn Arch Beer Project smooth and successful. Please send any questions to events@autumnarch.com
DEPOSITS
For Full Brewery Reservations, a $150 deposit is due at the time of booking and full payment is required 30 days prior to the event date.
For Large Group Table Reservations (21-60 people), the reservation fee is due at the time of booking.
SET UP
Hosts, organizers, caterers, musicians may arrive 30 minutes before the event start time to set up (unless other arrangements have been made).
The following decorations are prohibited: balloons, party poppers, confetti, sparklers, candles, and glitter.
The staff will set up tables for holding food, chaffing dishes, plates, and utensils as needed.
CLEAN UP
All decorations, chafing dishes, flowers, food, and rented party decorations must be removed from premises after the event ends. The Autumn Arch staff can assist in disposing of items in our standard waste stream.
FOOD
You are welcome to bring in catering. We have had good experiences with the following companies:
Cafe Gelato, Newark DE
Bachetti Brothers, Wilmington DE
Moe's Southwest Grill, Bear DE
Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Newark DE
Local food trucks are also an option if doing a full brewery reservation, but we recommend being very clear with your timing and setup needs.
Potluck style meals are also acceptable; however, we do not have electrical outlets available for slow-cookers.
The staff will set up tables for your food/catering before the event begins.
BEVERAGES
We typically offer 10 to 14 beers on draft, a variety of wines, and cider. Non-alcoholic sodas and water are also available.
No outside alcohol is permitted on premises.
If you have a special interest in a certain wine or ready-to-drink cocktail, we can request that from our local liquor distributor.
MUSIC
We have a music system and subscribe to a commercial Pandora service. The staff can play any station you prefer.
We do not have a microphone.
If you are interested in hiring a musician, coordinate with events@autumnarch.com before booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits and event fees are fully refundable over 30 days from the reservation date. Deposits and event fees are non-refundable 30 days or less from the reservation. This enables us to maintain a fair and predictable schedule for our staff.
